HOPE Helps is preparing for our 10th Annual Kids of HOPE Back to School Bash on August 4th. This event provides hundreds of children from families in crisis, with everything they need to start the school year off on the right foot.
Pre-registered children are able to pick out their backpacks, fill them with all the necessary school supplies, receive jeans, socks and undies, hygiene supplies and a free vision screening. While there they also receive a free family meal and participate in fun games and entertainment.
The Back to School Bash is the culmination of several months of planning and support from the community and our Interfaith Coalition. There is still time to get involved!

How You Can Help:
1. DONATE items from our shopping list to one of the many local businesses, who are hosting collection boxes. We are also accepting financial donations to help cover the cost of supplies not donated.
2. SPONSOR the Back to School Bash and help cover the expense of putting on such an important event. Your contribution will help purchase any additional school supplies not donated, food for families and volunteers, or entertainment supplies. We will gladly recognize your business on social media, during announcements on the day of the Bash and through a variety of other methods depending on your level of support. 3. VOLUNTEER your time to help with pre-event sorting and setting up, or on the day of the event to help with registration, shopping, distribution of school supplies, help with fun and games, or cleaning up. Click here to see what opportunities are available.
