WHAT?
The SHOT IN THE DARK GOLF TOURNAMENT (now on it’s third year) was put in motion by Phil Shaw (Leerdam Properties) and Billy Wieland (Wieland, Hilado, & DeLattre, P.A.) after the 21st Annual Judge Bill Wieland Golf Tournament. Both previously participated in night golf tournaments and had a blast. Rather than searching for additional night golf events, they decided to start their own to give back to their hometown. For the 4th ANNUAL SHOT IN THE DARK GOLF TOURNAMENT, we will be supporting: HOPE Helps. Which is a 501(c)(3) and your donations are 100% tax deductible. HOPE Helps, Inc’s mission is to prevent and reduce homelessness in Central Florida by equipping individuals and families to become self-sufficient through Housing, Outreach, Prevention, and Education.
WHY?
Because it’s NIGHT GOLF and the Winter Park Golf Course underwent a $1.2 Million renovation in 2016! What a perfect reason to have a great time and support HOPE Helps. And for those that don’t play golf, we have a great “After Party” planned at the Winter Park Country Club located at the first tee.
WHEN?
Friday, February 16, 2018 at Winter Park Golf Course. Registration Happy Hour begins at 5:00 p.m. and shotgun start at 5:45 p.m. with an After Party to follow with food and drinks.
