For a week in May, Charles Schwab employees spent their week volunteering at HOPE Helps during their 16th annual Volunteer Week. Employees spent time volunteering at the HOPE chest greeting guest, sorting donations, organizing items on the sales floor and even gardening. At our food pantry, the volunteers checked in clients, shepherded/guided clients through the pantry, and helped carry the bags to the clients’ cars. Over the course of the week, Schwab employees logged a total of 224 hours at HOPE! Thank you, Charles Schwab, for all the ways you are serving our community!
If your business, community group, church group, or team are interested in participating in a “Pantry Takeover Day” email volunteer@hopehelps.org for more information.
